Communication & Complaint Resolution Policy

At ACM Movers, we work hard to make your move smooth and stress-free. If something didn’t go as expected, we want to know about it and make it right. All claims, damages or service concerns must be submitted directly to our Claims Department for proper review and resolution.

How to file a claim:

  1. Email us:
    Send your claim to chicago@acmmovers.com with the subject line “New Claim – [Your Full Name] – [Move Date]”.
    Please include:

    • Full name and best phone number

    • Estimate number

    • Pickup and delivery address

    • A short description of the issue

  2. Submit the online claim form on this page.

What happens next:

  • Our Claims Department will review your submission and reach out within 1–7 business days.

  • We may request additional information or photos to evaluate the case.

  • Once reviewed, we’ll propose a resolution according to our policy and service terms.

Important:

  • For the quickest resolution, please contact us directly through our Claims Department (email or form above).

  • We thoroughly review all company mailboxes, including spam/archived folders. If we haven’t responded, please check your spam folder or call our office.

  • Filing a claim through our department ensures your concern is properly documented and handled.
