Express Movers from Illinois to Washington
Washington moves are common for job relocations, family transitions, and new housing opportunities in the Pacific Northwest. The key to a smooth Illinois-to-Washington move is planning: the right truck size, proper protection, accurate inventory, smart route timing, and clear delivery coordination — especially when you’re moving out of dense Chicago neighborhoods, high-rises, or busy suburban complexes.
From the first call, we focus on what prevents problems later: elevator reservations, loading zone rules, long carries, stairs, and timing around weather and traffic along the route. When your move crosses multiple states, details matter — and we treat them that way.
MOVING PROCESS: ILLINOIS → MARYLAND
- Scheduling: Choose your pickup day and preferred delivery window.
- Loading: We blanket-wrap furniture, protect fragile items, and secure everything for highway travel.
- Transportation: Long-distance route planning to reduce traffic and weather risks (including mountain pass conditions when applicable).
- Delivery: Unload, place items by room, and confirm all essentials arrived safely.
Pro tip: If you’re moving from a high-rise or condo, reserve elevator time and confirm loading zone rules in advance.

I recommend using ACM Movers for all your moving needs. They are awesome and very quick they will take care of assembly and dissembling required for your furniture or anything you need. They have all the necessary bubble wraps or boxes if you need more. I am thankful to Nick and Temur who helped me move my stuff from my apartment. They are affordable too!

9/26/2023 We had a great experience with ACM movers. They arrived on time and were very quick and capable. We had more stuff than expected and they were able to make time to do another trip for us. Our furniture all arrived to our new apartment in the same condition. Final pricing matched quote. Kasey R.
11/13/2023 ACM did a terrific job with our recent move. It wasn't easy! They've moved furniture from four levels, including a piano that had to come down a flight of stairs. But the crew of four were, diligent, friendly and hard-working. Highly recommended! Dan S.
5/24/2024 - ACM Movers did an excellent job moving me in a timely fashion. The guys were professional, fast, efficient and friendly. They were very meticulous in wrapping my items to ensure they were protected. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thanks guys. Wayne M.

3/04/2024 Sergio, Dan, and Nick are the best! They worked quickly (and tirelessly!) while also taking great care with all our items. They were friendly, cheerful, and professional in demeanor. Although they worked very fast, they were calm and not frenzied, which lessened my stress! They were also nice to my 84-year-old mother, which meant a lot to me.
My communications with Mike were pleasant and efficient. He sent me a clear estimate which was right on target. When I had to reschedule last minute due to a problem with my eye, he was very understanding and rescheduled without making me feel bad about it!
This was great value at a great price.
I highly recommend ACM Movers and give kudos to Mike in the office, and Sergio and his terrific team! Cathy D.
12/12/2023 - Used them for my 3rd move and once again they handled everything professionally, quickly, and with ease. They clearly communicated costs and were on time. Highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future moves. Emily R.
3/08/2022 I was overall pleased with this company service. The only thing I would recommend is which items you need them to be extra careful with or move those items yourself if you don't want them potentially damaged. But they were extremely fast. Moving wasn't as painful as I had anticipated. And I was very satisfied with the price. I definitely see myself using their services again for my next move. Thank you so much. Casilda H.
10/01/2023 I recently had to move last minute, and I spoke to Yuriy, the owner, and he made me feel completely at ease and immediately sent Nick and Vitaly to help me. It was a lot of work for them, but they never wavered, we're extremely professional and did an amazing job. I will be using their services again next year when I move, so get ready boys, haha. In all seriously, they're the best movers in the city, I HIGHLY recommend. Carmin M.
8/19/2023 - Amazing service by ACM Movers. Mike kept in communication with me from start to finish. There were no surprise fees and every cost was disclosed upon inquiry. He was early and ready to go. All 3 are professional and moved with fluid efficiency. All of my items were handled with expertise and care. Any request was met with a smile. If only every other aspect of moving went this stress-free. I will recommend ACM Movers to anyone that needs moving services. I know I will use them in the future. Christina C.
11/15/2023 Mike is very responsive. He replied and got back to me very quickly. He walked me through the details. The pricing is reasonable. The mover crews were hard-working, accommodating, and were very careful/gentle with our stuff. I would definitely hire ACM Movers again. Parivat P.
4/02/2024 Good communication. Asked for 2 guys for 3 hours, but 3 guys showed up for the same price! But they were late, I had told them 12:30, 12:45pm latest and they showed at 1:25pm... So some standing around and waiting for me. Nice guys, they had good tools and equipment. Highly recommend you get your mattress and anything else you don't want to have dirty wrapped it's well worth it because they cannot guarantee those things will not get black as a drag them around the truck invariably Jeff K.
3/24/2024 - Efficient great pricing. The guys were so nice and explained the process for everything. Julia U.
7/28/2024 ACM moved me earlier today. They arrived exactly when they said they would (and called me shortly before arrival). The 3-person team moved efficiently, did not over use packing materials, and were careful not to cause any damage. All of my belonging arrived to my new apartment without any issue. I recommend them and will certainly look them up the next time I move. Matt R.
12/07/2023 The best service. Very kindness and profesional. Very happy with them. Everything was moved carefully. Milanyely M.
